    Injury claims across different areas and how cases take shape

    It usually doesn’t start with anything that feels like a “case.” It’s just something that happened. People deal with it in the moment and then move on, or at least they try to. For a while, it stays that way.

    Then later, it doesn’t fully settle. That’s when the thinking starts to change a little, not clearly, just in bits. While going through that phase, people come across Explore Now without really planning to look into anything serious.

    Situations that didn’t feel important at first

    • Maybe nothing can be done now
    • Maybe it’s better to leave it
    • Maybe it’s just overthinking

    These thoughts stay in the background.

    Moving forward without feeling like progress

    • Checking something, then leaving it
    • Coming back again after some time
    • Not feeling like anything is moving forward
    • More like going back and forth
    • No clear step

    It just continues like that.

    When talking about it changes how it feels

    • Mentioning it casually to someone
    • Hearing a different way of looking at it
    • A small question that stays longer
    • Seeing the situation slightly differently
    • Not clearer, just more noticeable

    And then it just stays in the background

    It doesn’t really reach a clear conclusion, just becomes something they think about less over time without fully resolving it.
